And now remember this last instruction: don’t grumble, don’t complain about anything.
Stop complaining for three days.
Don’t grumble if the food isn’t good.
Don’t complain if mosquitoes bite you at night.
For three days let there be total acceptance of whatever happens.
Mosquitoes will obviously gain something, but you will gain much, much more.
If the food is not good, it will hurt your body a little, but it will hurt you much more if you grumble.
And there is a reason not to complain: a mind that complains is never at peace. Our complaints are of little importance, but what we lose it is something immense.
So, don’t grumble; for three days make it clear that you will not complain about anything.
What it is, it is. Be that as it may, it is what it is.
Accept it completely.
Then these three days will be wonderful. For three days, forget about all things of little importance.
